YD UTS Had Campus Meeting
On 28th of July, YD Sydney members gathered in multi-faith center in
University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) and discussed campus ministry
development together. Sydney Salvation Army Chinese Congregation Captain
Ning, who is also the chaplain of UTS attended the conference and gave
members guidance.
Members reviewed the campus mission development in the last semester and
concluded the problems and immaturity inside the campus ministry. In the new

Relational Living
"The Lord God said, 'It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.'"1
It is good to remind ourselves that God created mankind primarily for relationships from which come eighty percent of life's satisfaction. To live meaningfully we need to be in meaningful relationships, without which life can be very empty and lonely.
If we don't know how to relate in healthy ways, we don't know how to live fully, and we can impair both our mental and physical health as a result. Or another way to put it: to fully live we need to fully love!

Dr.Tom Cowley and Mrs. Cowley visited YD Headquarter New Office
Young Diciples of Jesus was recently blessed with the presence of special guests, Dr.Tom Cowley and Mrs. Cowley.
On the 11th of July, 2008. Mr. and Mrs. Cowley visited our new international headquarters for the Young Diciples of Jesus(YD).
Powerful yet graceful, the future of YD's development was discussed and visions were communicated. As goals were being set and ideas expressed, the young staff of YD were nothing less of inspired, fulfilled and motivated. Staff were encouraged to aim high, set new standards and reveal the dreams of God. Dr. Cowley exchanged views about the development of YD's world mission and the importance of campus ministies with young adults in mind.

Hear Our Voice
Auckland – Members are praying for the month of March on the first day of this new month.
The third month of 2008 has already started, but there are only few new attendants came to taste the word of God. Members are still faithfully praying for the YD Center in Auckland will grow in numbers, as well as in quality; and they are trusting God will open doors for them as they keep sowing His seeds diligently.
Members are also praying for God would provide people who put God’s will above their wills to co-work together; and some regular comers and attendants will be registered as members, currently members are praying for B. Alex, S. Nancy, and B. Hura.... |
